Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Pyramid POS services.
Payment Terms
- 100% advance payment is required for all plans.
- Discount applies only on the first invoice when paying 12 months upfront.
Training
- Training sessions are included based on your selected plan.
- Additional training is charged at $10 per hour.
- For onsite training outside the client's city or country, all travel and accommodation costs are the sole responsibility of the client.
Software Hosting
- Pyramid POS is fully hosted on The Web Square secure servers.
- The software will not be handed over to clients for self-hosting.
- Cloud hosting access (server access) is not provided to clients.
Plan Changes
- Plan upgrades are allowed at any time.
- Plan downgrades are not permitted.
Support
- Phone support is available during business hours.
- Email support is available 24/7.
Refund Policy
- No refunds will be issued for any payments made.
